BSG reaches salon customers through CosmoProf and Armstrong McCall stores, e-commerce platforms, direct sales consultants, and franchised units. The footprint is concentrated in North America with selected operations in Europe, South America, and Puerto Rico.
Execution depends on store availability, product assortment, service, inventory, e-commerce checkout and delivery, and access to professional brands. Hair color and hair care make up the main product base.
