Manufactures in Germany and China, while most research and development is conducted in Freudenstadt. Customer development and service support accompany the equipment business, and fifth-generation family ownership and management remain a defining structural feature.
Rooted in an 1864 iron foundry and mechanical factory, the group later expanded from PCB equipment into solar and energy-storage technologies. Nasdaq trading of the current ordinary shares began in 2024 following a business combination.
