Profile
Develops liver-targeted siRNA medicines through its mRNAi GOLD platform. As a clinical-stage biotechnology company, it advances programs for polycythemia vera, high lipoprotein(a), and dyslipidemia while using external collaboration in discovery.
Develops siRNA medicines through the mRNAi GOLD platform, which uses RNA interference to target disease-associated genes without permanently altering DNA. Its GalNAc linkage is designed to direct siRNAs to liver cells, making liver-targeted discovery the core of its operating model. It also supports liver-focused partnered discovery with external collaborators.
The clinical pipeline includes divesiran for polycythemia vera, zerlasiran for high lipoprotein(a), and SLN312 for dyslipidemia. The company also uses external collaboration in discovery and alliance management. Its Nasdaq-listed ADSs are its only publicly tradable securities after the AIM admission was cancelled.

Insiders — filings are in the shares behind the receipt.
A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.
This listing is a depositary receipt and the Form 4 positions here are filed in the shares behind it, a different unit from the share count and in a ratio the filings never state, so no insider percentage is shown.
