Profile
Sells pay-per-analysis, cloud-based genomic and multimodal health-data analytics to health care institutions and biopharma organizations, with licensed oncology applications and software products extending the platform. Its decentralized model keeps testing and data at customer institutions while using standardized analysis across the network.
Provides SOPHiA DDM, a cloud-native platform that standardizes, analyzes, and interprets genomic, radiomic, and other multimodal health data for hospitals, laboratories, and biopharma organizations. Clinical-genomics applications address oncology, rare and inherited disorders, while MSK-ACCESS and MSK-IMPACT pair licensed cancer assays with decentralized analytics. Alamut adds contracted variant-analysis software, and biopharma applications support diagnostic development, trials, and companion-diagnostic deployment.
Earns most revenue when clinical customers run paid analyses, with EMEA as its largest region and direct and distributor coverage extending internationally. The decentralized model lets institutions retain their data while common analytics create insights across a standardized network. Diagnostic commercialization depends on local authorization and reimbursement; many products are research use only unless specifically designated, and platform delivery relies on third-party cloud services.
