Converts customer-supplied enriched uranium into reactor-specific TRISO fuel, covering kernel and coating processes, finished-form fabrication, inspection, packaging, and delivery. Generates early revenue through Fuel Development Agreements for consulting, testing, surrogate production, and specification work; Fuel Sales Agreements for commercial fabrication; and government or specialized contracts.

Runs its existing Oak Ridge, Tennessee production line, with additional facilities in Tennessee and Idaho awaiting commissioning and final authorization, plus planned joint-venture production at Framatome's Richland, Washington site. Uses standardized, repeatable modules to make different fuel forms without tying itself to a single reactor design. Output depends on customers securing and transporting permitted enriched feedstock, DOE authorization, and the deployment of advanced-reactor projects.
