A listed holding and governance vehicle whose cash-generating assets are Sunoco LP Class D units. It consolidates the partnership's Fuel Distribution, Pipeline Systems, Terminals, and Refinery operations.
Formed through the Parkland restructuring, the NYSE-listed holding and governance vehicle owns all of Sunoco LP's Class D units. Those units are its only cash-generating assets, while its director-appointment rights make it the primary beneficiary that consolidates Sunoco LP.
Consolidated operations cover Fuel Distribution, Pipeline Systems, Terminals, and Refinery. Fuel Distribution supplies motor fuel to independent dealers, distributors, commission agents, and other customers, alongside lease income, credit-card services, franchise royalties, and retail operations.
Energy Transfer controls the manager that directs SUNC's operations; the vehicle's results depend on Sunoco LP's operating performance.
