Profile
Sells edge-AI processors, wireless chips, touch and display controllers, biometrics, and video interfaces to IoT, PC, automotive, and mobile OEMs. Revenue follows design wins and product orders, while fabless production depends on third-party foundries and assemblers concentrated in Asia.
Designs standard and custom semiconductors, modules, and software for connected devices across Core IoT, Enterprise and Automotive, and Mobile markets. The portfolio combines Astra edge-AI processors, Veros wireless connectivity, DisplayLink video interfaces, Natural ID fingerprint sensors, and touch, display, audio, video, and vision processing for PCs, smart-home equipment, industrial systems, vehicles, robotics, and phones.
Works directly with global OEMs to tailor designs and integrate silicon with software tools, while a fabless model concentrates internal resources on research and product engineering. Customers are served through contract manufacturers, distributors, and supply-chain partners; fabrication, packaging, and assembly rely largely on third parties in Asia.
Revenue depends on OEM product cycles, customer design choices, and access to a limited group of manufacturers. A pending all-stock acquisition by onsemi remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
