Profile

Terex CorporationTEXIndustrials

Builds fire and ambulance vehicles, refuse and utility equipment, crushers and screens, and Genie aerial work platforms. Revenue comes from equipment sales and lifecycle parts and service, with North America now its largest market.

Designs, manufactures, and supports specialized equipment across four segments. Environmental Solutions supplies refuse bodies, compactors, recycling systems, digger derricks, and insulated aerial devices. Materials Processing covers crushers, screens, washing systems, and material handlers. Specialty Vehicles builds fire apparatus, ambulances, terminal trucks, sweepers, and motorhomes, while Aerials makes Genie work platforms and telehandlers.

Pairs manufacturing across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific with dealer, parts, service, financing, and digital channels spanning the equipment life cycle. North America accounts for most sales, making municipal budgets, fleet replacement, infrastructure activity, rental demand, and tariffs important operating dependencies. The organization is integrating REV operations, and Aerials remains within its current reporting structure.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
