Profile
Builds access equipment, municipal and airport vehicles, defense mobility, and postal-delivery vehicles through Access, Vocational, and Transport. Its Transport business serves the U.S. government and the Postal Service's next-generation delivery-vehicle program.
Built around three operating lines—Access, Vocational, and Transport—the portfolio pairs JLG aerial work platforms and telehandlers with Pierce fire apparatus, McNeilus refuse and recycling vehicles, airport ground-support equipment, and jet bridges.
Access equipment serves construction, industrial, agriculture, and maintenance uses, while Vocational supplies municipal and airport applications. Transport combines Oshkosh Defense with Oshkosh Delivery, serving U.S. and approved foreign military customers and the U.S. Postal Service's next-generation delivery-vehicle program.
The U.S. government is an important customer, particularly in Transport. The postal contract permits deliveries of battery-electric and low-emission internal-combustion vehicles.

Ownership
A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
