Profile

Triumph Financial, Inc.TFINFinancials

Provides banking, invoice factoring, payment-network, and freight-intelligence services for the U.S. for-hire trucking ecosystem. TBK Bank anchors deposits and lending, while TriumphPay, LoadPay, and newer Intelligence products connect brokers, factors, carriers, and shippers around freight invoices.

Serves the U.S. for-hire trucking ecosystem through Banking, Factoring, Payments, and Intelligence. TBK Bank supplies traditional banking, specialized commercial lending, deposits, treasury management, insurance, and payment services, while the factoring business buys trucking invoices at a discount to give carriers faster working capital.

TriumphPay manages carrier payments for brokers and factors, and LoadPay gives carriers a digital bank account for invoices approved through the network or factoring operations. The Intelligence segment adds freight-pricing and performance data built from Greenscreens, Isometric, and Triumph's transaction data.

Execution depends on freight-market activity, invoice volume, bank regulation, deposit and interest-rate conditions, and adoption of TriumphPay, LoadPay, and Intelligence products.
