Profile
Provides mobile-first online brokerage access across multiple global markets, alongside margin financing, IPO subscriptions, and investor services. A Singapore-based holding-company ADS, it operates amid mainland-China cross-border regulatory constraints.
Mobile-first trading platform Tiger Brokers provides access to multiple global markets and currencies, with order execution, margin financing, and IPO subscriptions. It also offers ESOP management, investor education, community discussion, and customer support.
A Cayman holding-company ADS, it has its principal executive office in Singapore while its operating history began in China. Platform growth has extended across Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
Mainland-China cross-border activity shapes the business. During CSRC-related rectification, new mainland-China accounts stopped being accepted and Tiger International was removed from mainland app markets; a 2026 regulator notice identified unlicensed cross-border securities, fund, and futures activity at certain subsidiaries.
