Operates off-price apparel and home-fashions chains through Marmaxx and HomeGoods in the United States, TJX Canada, and TJX International across Europe and Australia. TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, and TK Maxx span more than 5,200 stores, supported by a small complementary e-commerce business.
Buys branded, designer, and other merchandise opportunistically, including closeouts, cancellations, overruns, and special production. A broad global vendor base, purchases made close to need, flexible store layouts, and rapid inventory turns support frequently changing assortments and prices below comparable full-price retailers.
Most revenue comes from the United States, and stores generate nearly all sales despite several e-commerce sites. Results depend on continued access to attractive branded inventory, accurate allocation across local markets, efficient distribution, and sustained traffic to physical stores.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
