Profile
Manufactures specialty semiconductors on customer-specific processes spanning RF, power management, imaging, sensors, and silicon photonics. A distributed fabrication network built through acquisitions and manufacturing partnerships supports customers across multiple regions, while capital-intensive capacity and partner facilities shape execution.
Manufactures specialty semiconductors using customer-specific processes across silicon germanium, silicon photonics, RF and mixed-signal CMOS, imaging and other sensors, power management, and non-volatile memory. The model centers on analog and specialty platforms rather than advanced digital logic.
Operates a distributed fabrication network assembled through acquisitions and partnerships in Israel, the United States, Japan, and Italy. Reusing acquired fabs, qualifying newer platforms, and working with customers on process development have expanded both manufacturing reach and technology breadth.
Execution depends on capital-intensive capacity transitions and partner-operated manufacturing. Older legacy flows have moved into newer facilities, while the Agrate partnership and Intel capacity agreement extend production without full ownership of every fab.
