Profile

Alamo Group Inc.ALGIndustrials

Builds vegetation-management and industrial equipment, from mowers and forestry machines to excavators, vacuum trucks, sweepers, snow equipment, and roadway-safety vehicles. Sales flow largely through dealer and distributor networks, with the United States providing most revenue and public-sector budgets shaping demand.

Manufactures purpose-built equipment through two divisions. Vegetation Management covers tractor-mounted and commercial mowers, forestry and tree-care machines, recycling equipment, and land-management tools under brands such as Bush Hog, RhinoAg, McConnel, and Morbark. Industrial Equipment supplies Gradall excavators, Super Products and Ring-O-Matic vacuum systems, Schwarze sweepers, snow and ice equipment, Royal Truck roadway-safety vehicles, and Petersen grapple loaders for bulky-waste collection.

Runs specialist brands through worldwide dealer and distributor networks, with direct sales to municipalities and contractors. The United States provides most sales, alongside operations across Canada, Europe, Brazil, and Australia. Replacement parts supplement equipment sales, while results depend on public-works budgets, agricultural and tree-care demand, purchased engines and hydraulic components, and access to truck chassis.
