Profile
Supplies semiconductor equipment makers and chip manufacturers with gas and chemical delivery systems, fluid-control components, robotics, process modules, and precision fabrication, while cleaning, coating, and contamination-testing process-tool parts. Products generate most revenue, which is concentrated among a small group of semiconductor-equipment customers.
Designs, engineers, and manufactures production tools, parts, modules, and subsystems for semiconductor and display equipment makers. The Products segment spans gas and chemical delivery, fluid delivery, precision robotics, process modules, frame assemblies, weldments, and thermal-control components. Its outsourced model combines prototyping, design-for-manufacturability, component sourcing, assembly, testing, and high-precision fabrication.
The Services segment cleans and coats process-tool chamber parts, extends part life, and tests tools, wafers, chemicals, water, and cleanroom materials for micro-contamination. Operations serve customers across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, with most revenue generated internationally. Semiconductor customers drive nearly all sales, while Lam Research and Applied Materials together account for most revenue.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
