Profile

EnPro Industries, Inc.NPOIndustrials

Sells engineered seals, hygienic fluid-handling products, process analyzers, commercial-vehicle components, and precision surface services for semiconductor equipment. Revenue spans recurring replacement demand and project-driven manufacturing, while semiconductor exposure brings customer concentration and cyclical equipment demand.

Designs engineered sealing, hygienic fluid-handling, process analyzers, and commercial-vehicle components through Sealing Technologies. Garlock covers industrial and biopharma sealing, Technetics combines high-performance seals with AMI and AlpHa analyzers, and STEMCO supplies wheel-end and suspension systems. Recurring replacement and aftermarket sales support much of the segment.

Applies precision machining, cleaning, coating, refurbishment, and optical-filter expertise through Advanced Surface Technologies businesses NxEdge, Technetics Semi, LeanTeq, and Alluxa. These capabilities support wafer-fabrication equipment, aerospace and defense hardware, life-sciences instruments, and other demanding applications. Operations span North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe.

Competes through application engineering, proprietary processes, qualification records, and reliability where component failure is costly. Demand remains exposed to cyclical semiconductor-equipment, commercial-vehicle, and industrial markets; Advanced Surface Technologies also depends on a small group of semiconductor-equipment customers and certain rare-earth inputs historically sourced indirectly from China.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
