Profile
Uranium extraction, recovery and sales are carried out through a U.S. portfolio developed through acquisitions and partnerships. Rosita and Alta Mesa have entered production, while exploration, permitting and development remain part of the same reportable business.
Uranium extraction, recovery and sales form the single reportable business, alongside exploration, permitting and development of mineral properties. Operations center on U.S. in-situ recovery, or ISR, assets, with Rosita and Alta Mesa in production.
The portfolio was assembled through a focused sequence of acquisitions and partnerships, including Azarga Uranium and the Alta Mesa and Mesteña Grande interests. That buildout brought ISR opportunities in Texas, Wyoming and South Dakota under one operating structure.
Production is tied to the operation, permitting and development of mineral properties, while the company remains a dual Nasdaq and TSX Venture issuer.
