Develops Montana's Big Sky Carbon Hub to process helium and CO2, while Cut Bank oil and gas production supports the buildout. Revenue is intended to combine contracted helium sales with carbon-management, enhanced-oil-recovery and merchant-CO2 pathways.
Builds the Big Sky Carbon Hub in Montana around the Kevin Dome helium and CO2 resource, a planned processing facility, and the nearby Cut Bank oil field. Its future products are gaseous helium, refined CO2, and carbon-management services, while Cut Bank produces legacy crude oil and natural gas.
Pairs an executed helium offtake contract with three potential CO2 paths: sequestration credits, enhanced oil recovery at Cut Bank, and merchant sales. Corporate functions sit in Houston, with operations concentrated in Montana.
Redirects proceeds from divested legacy properties into the industrial-gas buildout while Cut Bank serves as the cash-flow bridge. Commercial progress depends on well performance, gathering and plant commissioning, EPA review of monitoring and verification submissions, and the still-uncontracted CO2 pathways.
