Commercializes YCANTH, a professionally administered cantharidin drug-device combination for molluscum contagiosum in the United States. The single-product commercial base is paired with a global common-warts program, Japanese collaboration with Torii, and VP-315, a licensed dermatologic-oncology candidate.
Commercializes YCANTH, a proprietary single-use applicator that combines cantharidin with a drug-device format, for molluscum contagiosum. The product is administered by healthcare professionals in the United States, while a global late-stage program is testing it for common warts.
VP-315, or ruxotemitide, is a licensed intratumoral oncolytic peptide immunotherapy being developed for dermatologic oncology, initially targeting basal-cell and squamous-cell carcinomas. Torii has Japanese approval for YCANTH, known there as TO-208.
The operating model combines U.S. YCANTH commercialization with clinical label expansion and licensed pipeline development. It depends on regulatory review, third-party manufacturing quality, professional administration, distributor and pharmacy access, and the Torii collaboration.
