Profile

Vroom, Inc.VRMFinancials

Operates UACC, an indirect auto lender serving third-party dealers, and CarStory, an AI-powered automotive-retail analytics and digital-services business. The holding company replaced its discontinued ecommerce dealership with these remaining operations.

UACC provides vehicle financing to consumers through third-party dealers, primarily in the non-prime market. Its technology platform includes the Credit Decision Engine and the Fast Lane dealer portal. CarStory sells AI-powered analytics and digital services for automotive retail.

The company operates as a holding company through these subsidiaries after discontinuing its ecommerce used-vehicle dealership in 2024. Vroom ceased transacting through vroom.com as the wind-down was substantially completed. A prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring concluded in 2025, leaving the parent without long-term debt. UACC continues to have financing related to asset-backed securitizations and trust-preferred securities.

Institutions and insiders are filed separately and overlap, so together they can pass the whole company. No split is drawn from them.

Shares outstanding 5.23M · Float

Float — provider float is below the insider stake.

A Form 4 total here can count shares the filer formally disclaims — an award voted by proxy, for instance — which the holder's own Schedule 13D/G excludes, so where the two disagree the schedule's smaller figure is used.

The provider's float is smaller than the insider stake it should exclude, so it is not shown.
