Profile
Sells electricity and natural gas to homes and businesses while operating gas, nuclear, coal, solar, and battery plants across major U.S. competitive power markets. Retail demand, generation output, and wholesale hedging are managed as an integrated portfolio.
Sells electricity, natural gas, and related services through TXU Energy, Ambit Energy, Dynegy Energy Services, Homefield Energy, Energy Harbor, and U.S. Gas & Electric. Power generation spans natural gas, nuclear, coal, solar, and battery storage across Texas, the Northeast, Midwest, and California; retired facilities sit in a separate Asset Closure segment.
Pairs retail demand with owned generation and wholesale risk management, allowing customer load, plant output, and hedges to be managed as one portfolio. The retail base is concentrated in competitive Texas markets, while generation participates in ERCOT, PJM, ISO New England, NYISO, MISO, and CAISO. Earnings remain exposed to wholesale electricity prices, fuel supply and costs, weather, grid-market rules, and environmental and nuclear regulation.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
