Profile

Public Service Enterprise Group IncorporatedPEGUtilities

Provides regulated electric transmission and electric and gas distribution in New Jersey through PSE&G, plus merchant nuclear generation through PSEG Power & Other. Utility tariffs supply most earnings, while nuclear output and capacity are sold into PJM; PSEG Long Island operates LIPA’s grid under contract.

Delivers electricity and natural gas across New Jersey through PSE&G, whose regulated businesses span electric transmission, electric and gas distribution, solar projects, energy-efficiency programs, and appliance service. Execution centers on grid hardening, gas-main replacement, and reliability-focused investment, with rates overseen by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and FERC.

Generates and sells power through PSEG Power & Other, operating the Salem and Hope Creek nuclear stations while co-owning Peach Bottom. The segment also supplies wholesale gas to PSE&G, while PSEG Long Island operates LIPA’s electric grid under contract. The business is concentrated in New Jersey; regulated returns depend on rate approvals, while nuclear earnings depend on plant performance, NRC requirements, and PJM energy and capacity markets.
