Profile

V2X, Inc.VVXIndustrials

Provides global mission support to defense and government customers through readiness, supply-chain, communications, mission-solutions, and platform-modernization contracts. Operates as one segment, with most revenue tied to U.S. government budgets, competitive awards, and contract execution.

Provides multi-domain high-impact readiness, integrated supply-chain management, assured communications, mission solutions, and platform renewal and modernization for defense, national-security, civilian, and international customers. Work ranges from training systems and deployed logistics to network lifecycle support, cybersecurity, infrastructure sustainment, aviation maintenance, and platform upgrades.

Operates worldwide as a single reportable segment, combining engineering, supply-chain, manufacturing, repair, and field-service capabilities. Executes complex, long-duration programs across dispersed and sometimes austere locations.

Generates the substantial majority of revenue from U.S. government customers, with the Army and Navy as the largest named customer groups. Results depend on appropriations, competitive awards and recompetes, program timing, contract-cost execution, qualified staffing, supplier performance, security clearances, and compliance with procurement, audit, export-control, cybersecurity, and classified-information rules.
