Profile

Energous CorporationWATTInformation Technology

Supplies RF Wireless Power Networks that power and observe battery-free IoT tags and sensors in asset tracking, inventory and environmental monitoring. Revenue increasingly comes from production transmitter deployments, with the United States supplying most sales and customer adoption, approvals and compatible devices shaping commercialization.

Builds radio-frequency, over-the-air Wireless Power Networks for low-power, battery-free IoT devices. The platform combines PowerBridge transmitters, receiver technology, e-Sense sensors and e-Compass cloud software to power and observe assets, inventory, cold-chain and environmental-monitoring workflows.

Sells transmitter infrastructure and increasingly the sensor, receiver and software layers to enterprises, systems integrators, RFID/IoT partners and end customers. Product revenue is generally recognized when systems ship, while development-project revenue follows technical milestones and customer acceptance. Deployments are concentrated in the United States, with European sales and early expansion into EU and UK facilities.

Commercialization depends on customers scaling initial installations, compatible receiver-enabled devices, regulatory equipment authorizations, contract manufacturers and a small workforce supporting hardware, software and customer projects.
