Research philosophy
The Odeon model of conflict free independent research is what sets us apart from our bulge bracket competitors.
Odeon's equity coverage focuses on real estate, including REITs, consumer companies and banks. As of 2026, the firm says its analysts use both alternative and traditional data, while its fixed-income research targets high-yield and distressed issuers that receive limited or no coverage elsewhere. Its structured-credit team supports the sales team by valuing securities based on their cash flows and the performance of their underlying assets.
Rating methodology
Ratings are Buy (anticipated total return of 10% or more over 12 months), Hold, and Sell (anticipated price decline of 10% or more).
