Profile

Allient Inc.ALNTIndustrials

Designs and manufactures precision controlled-motion components and integrated systems under Motion, Controls, and Power pillars. Sales run through direct teams, representatives, and distributors to industrial, vehicle, medical, aerospace and defense, and other customers, with one reportable segment and an international operating base.

Designs, manufactures, and sells specialty controlled-motion components and integrated systems for end customers and OEMs. The portfolio is organized around Allied Motion, Allient Controls, and Allient Power, spanning motors, drives, motion controllers, encoders, industrial gateways, I/O modules, filters, reactors, transformers, and lightweighting technologies.

Serves industrial, vehicle, medical, aerospace and defense, distribution, and other applications through direct sales, manufacturers' representatives, and distributors. Operations reach North America, Europe, China, Mexico, New Zealand, and Asia-Pacific markets, while revenue is reported as one specialty-controlled motion segment.

Execution depends on engineering breadth, quality, reliability, service responsiveness, delivery speed, and price in a fragmented market with larger competitors. Global supply chains, tariffs, trade policy, foreign exchange, component availability, raw materials, and customer ordering patterns shape the business.
