Sells principally through construction and roofing distributors for building products and distributors serving industrial, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, medical and dental uses. Manufacturing and shipping are centered in Georgia and Arizona, while Indian facilities and Asian and Mexican contractors provide semi-finished materials and apparel.
Depends on independent distributors and a limited group of suppliers and contract manufacturers. Its Indian affiliate is unconsolidated and jointly owned, while respirators remain subject to NIOSH approval and facilities to FDA good-manufacturing-practice inspections.
