Profile

Lakeland Industries, Inc.LAKEConsumer Discretionary

Sells firefighter protective apparel, fire-gear services, chemical suits, cleanroom garments, and disposable protection. Recent acquisitions shifted the mix toward Fire Services, while international sales are larger than domestic sales and owned manufacturing supports supply-chain control.

Designs and manufactures protective clothing for fire service, chemical, clean room, energy, manufacturing, and utility applications. The current portfolio centers on Fire Suits, Chemical Suits, Cleanroom Suits, and related service capabilities, with high-performance FR/AR and high-visibility apparel sold after the latest fiscal year.

Recent acquisitions added helmets, footwear, turnout gear, protective apparel, and fire-gear decontamination, inspection, repair, and rental services. Fire Services is now roughly half of sales, and international sales are larger than domestic sales.

Owned manufacturing across a global footprint supports supply-chain control. The business depends on safety-standard compliance, certification timing, tender timing, distributor and direct-sales execution, currency exposure, and integration of the recent fire platform acquisitions.
