Electrified Materials aggregates, recovers, and sells recovered metal and steel, while the parent retains a minority interest in ReElement.
Electrified Materials is the continuing operating business, aggregating, recovering, and selling recovered metal and steel. Corporate Office and Electrified Materials are the reportable segments after the 2025 restructuring.
The corporate lineage runs through Quest Energy, which entered the public issuer through a 2017 share exchange and subsequently operated coal-mining and processing assets in eastern Kentucky and western West Virginia. That legacy infrastructure business was separated from the parent in late 2025.
ReElement Technologies and American Infrastructure were deconsolidated and classified as discontinued operations. A retained equity-method interest in ReElement connects the parent to critical-minerals processing, while Electrified Materials remained in development and pre-revenue at the latest annual-report date.
