Profile
Provides nationwide digital banking, deposits, and consumer and commercial lending, while earning additional fees from securities clearing, custody, and digital investing. Most of the business sits in banking, tying results to lending spreads, deposit funding, credit performance, and financial-services regulation.
Provides consumer and business banking nationwide through digital channels, affinity partners, and specialized lending teams. Deposit products include checking, savings, and time accounts; lending spans single-family and multifamily mortgages, commercial real estate, commercial and industrial credit, specialty finance, auto loans, and other consumer credit. The Banking Business remains the larger of two operating segments.
Extends the platform through Axos Clearing, Axos Advisor Services, and Axos Invest, which provide clearing, custody, margin and securities lending, self-directed trading, and digital investment advice. Revenue comes primarily from the spread between interest earned on loans and interest paid on deposits and borrowings, supplemented by asset-, transaction-, and service-based fees. Results depend on funding costs, credit performance—particularly in real-estate and commercial lending—and compliance with bank, consumer-finance, broker-dealer, and investment-adviser regulation.
