Sells through independent agencies, electrical distributors, direct accounts, retailers, system integrators, and OEM relationships. The two segments connect lighting, building systems, and cloud-managed experiences, while much of manufacturing is based in Mexico.

Demand follows non-residential construction, renovation, retrofit, and maintenance. Production depends on materials, electronic components, freight, tariffs, and third-party finished goods. Intelligent Spaces also depends on integrating acquired businesses, including QSC.
