Profile
Sells transportable, off-grid systems that generate and store power for EV charging, mobility, emergency response, and smart-city uses. Delivered-equipment sales serve public agencies, fleets, businesses, defense users, and municipalities, while the model depends on rapid deployment without new grid capacity.
Manufactures EV ARC, EV ARC DCFC, BeamSpot, and ARC Mobility Trailer systems that pair solar generation, storage, and electric-vehicle charging without trenching, construction, or a utility interconnection. BeamPatrol, BeamBike, and BeamWell extend that off-grid platform into response, mobility, and disaster-support uses.
Designs thermally managed battery systems through AllCell and produces lighting, traffic portals, street furniture, fabricated infrastructure, and power electronics through Beam Europe and Telcom. U.S. and European operations supply international customers, while Middle East activity begins with Serbian supply and a UAE joint venture.
Earns mainly from delivered equipment, tying revenue conversion to order timing, manufacturing throughput, working capital, and integration of acquired battery and European operations. Government purchasing, component sourcing and domestic-content rules, and the U.S. manufacturing relocation remain structural dependencies.
