Profile
Develops a Montana gas-processing hub to sell helium, pursue carbon sequestration and storage services, and support enhanced oil recovery, while current revenue comes from domestic oil and natural-gas production.
Operates domestic oil and natural-gas properties while developing the Big Sky Carbon Hub and adjacent Cut Bank field in northwest Montana. The hub is designed to separate helium and CO₂ from a shared gas stream; helium is intended for wholesale sale, while the CO₂ is intended for permanent sequestration, storage services and enhanced oil recovery.
Executes an integrated model in which production wells, gathering infrastructure and processing equipment support several revenue lines. Existing oil and gas are sold to refiners and independent marketers at benchmark-linked prices. Helium and carbon-management operations remain pre-revenue and depend on plant completion, commissioning and regulatory approval for sequestration credits. Initial helium sales are tied to a single contracted industrial-gas counterparty.
