Profile
Provides a streaming guide and white-label platform that connect consumers and distribution partners to free, subscription, pay-per-view and FAST programming. Revenue comes from memberships, related-party FAST services and advertising, while the business depends on third-party content, data, cloud and licensed core technology.
Runs SmartGuide, a cross-service guide and search layer that organizes free channels, paid subscriptions, on-demand titles, pay-per-view options and FAST programming. The service is offered directly through FreeCast.com and can be licensed or co-branded for broadband providers, mobile carriers, device manufacturers, and property or institutional operators. BEST and Direct-to-Mobile extend the stack to broadcast-enabled and mobile deployments, while FreeCast Home brings local over-the-air channels into the app experience.
Makes money from memberships, related-party FAST channel services, advertising and agency activity, physical products, and small licensing and referral streams. The established operating base is U.S.-centered, with an early Caribbean deployment. SmartGuide relies on content-provider relationships, metadata licenses from Gracenote and Reelgood, AWS infrastructure, and technology licensed from Nextelligence, which is controlled by the chief executive.
