Profile

Charter Communications, Inc.CHTRCommunication Services

Sells Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV, Voice, and business connectivity through monthly subscriptions, with advertising and local media alongside the core network. Broadband anchors a centrally managed, single-segment U.S. operation, while mobile, WiFi, and streaming-oriented video packaging deepen customer relationships.

Provides subscription-based Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice to homes and businesses across a 41-state U.S. footprint. Spectrum Business serves small through large organizations, while Spectrum Reach sells advertising across cable, streaming, digital, and local media. Broadband anchors the model; mobile, managed WiFi, flexible video packages, programmer apps, and Xumo devices extend the customer relationship.

Executes through a centrally managed network, ongoing capacity upgrades, and rural construction that expands service in existing states. Scale supports bundled pricing, U.S.-based service operations, and negotiations with equipment vendors and video programmers. Results depend on network investment, customer retention, programming access, and compliance with federal, state, and local communications rules. The agreed Cox combination remains subject to regulatory approval.
