PrintBrothers and The Print Group run European upload-and-print brands; National Pen focuses on writing instruments and merchandise; All Other Businesses includes BuildASign and Printi. Acquired SAXOPRINT and viaprinto now sit in PrintBrothers.
Combines web ordering with automated production, order aggregation, shared procurement, software services, and cross-business fulfillment to make short custom runs economical. Brands retain decentralized leadership, while selected manufacturing and technology capabilities are shared across the portfolio.
Sales span North America, Europe, and other international markets. Results depend on small-business demand for physical marketing, reliable production and shipping, raw-material and merchandise sourcing, currency movements, and trade rules; Chinese-sourced promotional products and North American cross-border fulfillment create tariff exposure.
