Profile

Ennis, Inc.EBFIndustrials

Manufactures custom and semi-custom printed products through one Print segment, selling mostly to independent distributors in the United States. The portfolio spans business forms, checks, envelopes, labels, tags, pressure seal, presentation products, and commercial print, with acquisitions extending the plant and brand network.

Manufactures business forms, checks, envelopes, labels, tags, pressure-seal products, presentation folders, plastic cards, packaging, and other custom or semi-custom print. Sales run mostly through independent print distributors, commercial printers, fulfillment firms, payroll and accounts-payable software companies, advertising agencies, and other resellers in the United States.

Operates as one Print segment with a nationwide network of plants and brands. The model relies on local plant responsiveness, service, quality, price, strategic locations, and purchasing scale, while acquisitions add product lines and regional capacity.

Depends on distributor relationships, mature print demand, paper and other input costs, pricing discipline, and integration of acquired businesses. Digital alternatives keep pressuring parts of the market even where printed documents remain embedded in customer operations.
