Manufacturing is concentrated in the United States, Vietnam and Canada; sales center on the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Growth pairs product development and acquisitions with established wholesale channels. Results depend on seasonal HVAC/R demand, distributor relationships, building codes and tariffs on imports and metal inputs.
