Supplies professional trades with HVAC/R and plumbing installation, repair and airflow products, including motors, capacitors, coils, air handlers, grilles, diffusers, sealants and drainage controls. Contractor Solutions is the largest segment.

Specialized Reliability Solutions makes lubricants, sealants and contamination-control systems for mining, rail, energy and general industry. Engineered Building Solutions provides expansion joints, firestopping and smoke-protection systems for commercial, institutional and multi-family buildings.

Manufacturing is concentrated in the United States, Vietnam and Canada; sales center on the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Growth pairs product development and acquisitions with established wholesale channels. Results depend on seasonal HVAC/R demand, distributor relationships, building codes and tariffs on imports and metal inputs.
