Develops and commercializes women's-health products through direct sales, compounded prescriptions, partnerships and grant-funded development. Its portfolio spans marketed and clinical-stage products, while most therapeutic candidates remain dependent on trials, regulatory review and external commercialization.
Develops women's-health pharmaceuticals and delivery technologies across contraception, sexual health, vaginal health, menopause, fertility and infectious disease. The portfolio is assembled through licenses, acquisitions and collaborations, then advanced with external clinical and manufacturing providers.
XACIATO, a single-dose treatment for bacterial vaginosis, is FDA approved and commercialized by Organon. Flora Sync LF5 is sold directly through the DARE Health Hub, while DARE to PLAY Sildenafil Cream uses a cash-pay compounded-prescription model. Ovaprene, a hormone-free monthly intravaginal contraceptive candidate, remains in a pivotal trial.
Operates primarily in the United States, with an Australian subsidiary used for early clinical studies and certain worldwide rights under license. Progress depends on clinical and regulatory results, funding awards, outside service providers and commercial partners; Organon controls XACIATO marketing, distribution and sales.
