Profile
Distributes industrial MRO products and equipment through Service Centers, builds custom pump systems through Innovative Pumping Solutions, and manages procurement and inventory through Supply Chain Services. Product sales provide most revenue, with local technical service and acquisitions extending the industrial distribution network.
Distributes maintenance, repair, operating, and production products through Service Centers, supplying rotating equipment, bearings, power transmission, hoses, fluid power, metalworking, industrial supplies, and safety products and services. Innovative Pumping Solutions fabricates custom pump packages, remanufactures pumps, makes private-label pumps, and serves water and wastewater projects; Supply Chain Services manages procurement, storerooms, and inventory for customers.
Operations are concentrated in the United States and Canada, with additional activity in Mexico, the U.A.E., India, and Saudi Arabia. Technical sales teams, local inventory, repair capabilities, and direct manufacturer relationships support same-day service and engineered work across industrial end markets. Most sales come from products. Manufacturer authorizations can be canceled on little or no notice, while growth relies partly on acquiring and integrating specialist distributors.
