Profile

Excelerate Energy, Inc.EEEnergy

Leases and operates floating LNG import terminals while earning additional revenue from LNG and natural gas delivery, terminal services, power and steam. A global regasification fleet anchors the business, with Jamaica adding onshore terminals and generation, while long-term take-or-pay contracts underpin much of the platform.

Leases and operates floating LNG import terminals, supplies LNG and natural gas, and develops infrastructure that moves gas from ships into local pipelines and power systems. Terminal-services contracts combine use of floating storage and regasification units with vessel operations and technical support; LNG, gas and power sales span sourcing, transport, regasification, electricity and steam.

In-house fleet management and ship-to-ship transfer experience support deployments across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The Jamaica platform adds the Montego Bay and Old Harbour terminals, small-scale regasification sites and the Clarendon combined heat and power plant, extending the model into onshore delivery and generation.

Revenue depends heavily on long-term take-or-pay agreements, asset availability and customers in infrastructure-constrained import markets. George B. Kaiser retains majority ownership of the operating partnership.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
