Profile
Provides integrated LNG-to-power infrastructure spanning natural-gas supply and liquefaction, floating LNG, shipping, terminals, and power assets. The international platform is being separated into Brazil and non-Brazil businesses through sanctioned UK restructuring plans that remain subject to conditions and approvals.
Combines natural-gas supply and liquefaction with Fast LNG and floating LNG units, shipping through FSRUs and LNG carriers, terminals, and power assets. The integrated platform runs from fuel supply through power delivery. It links physical infrastructure and logistics.
Brazilian gas-to-power and marine infrastructure, added through the Hygo and Golar acquisitions, sits alongside the non-Brazil business in an international platform. Jamaica is no longer in the portfolio after its sale.
UK restructuring plans sanctioned by the English court separate Brazilian operations from the non-Brazil business. Implementation remains subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals.
