The original container fleet consists of Joanna and Aegean Express. The vessels work on period charters, while affiliated Eurobulk provides commercial and technical management.
Formed from Euroseas' 2025 spin-off of older-vessel subsidiaries, the company has a short public history and entered the tanker segment in late 2025. Its operating footprint is international rather than tied to a single domestic market, and Marla Investments became its majority holder that year.
Freight-market employment, period-charter arrangements, and the affiliated Eurobulk management relationship shape the business.
