Owns Southern California Edison, an investor-owned utility that supplies and delivers electricity across Southern, Central and Coastal California, and Trio, a much smaller energy and sustainability advisory business for commercial, industrial and institutional clients. Southern California Edison is the sole reportable segment.
The utility earns regulated revenue by investing in and operating transmission and distribution infrastructure, with authorized revenue largely decoupled from electricity sales volume and procurement prices. Grid modernization, wildfire mitigation and transportation electrification anchor its capital program, while Trio advises organizations in North America and Europe. Results depend on CPUC and FERC rate decisions, prudent cost recovery and management of wildfire claims under California's Wildfire Fund framework.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
