Produces and sells crude oil, natural gas and natural-gas liquids from mature U.S. onshore properties, pursuing value through acquisitions and field optimization. The portfolio depends on market-linked commodity prices, external capital and third-party infrastructure.
Operates U.S. onshore developed oil and natural-gas properties, acquiring producing wells and seeking to improve output through field management, workovers, recompletions and selective drilling. Production comes from New Mexico, North Dakota, western Montana, Texas and Louisiana and is sold as crude oil, natural gas and natural-gas liquids to third-party purchasers.
Builds around low-decline, long-life properties, with oil providing most product revenue. It does not transport, refine or process production; oil is sold at lease locations under market-based contracts.
Depends on external capital, third-party infrastructure, contractors and a concentrated customer base. Six Series A voting preferred shares give their holders the right to elect half of the board.
