Ring Energy, Inc.REIEnergy

Develops and produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural-gas liquids from conventional Permian Basin properties, selling commodities into nearby infrastructure. Its single operating segment is entirely concentrated in two Texas core areas.

Develops conventional oil- and liquids-rich properties in the Texas Permian Basin, with core positions on the Central Basin Platform and Northwest Shelf. The single Exploration and Production segment sells crude oil, natural gas, and natural-gas liquids to end users, marketers, and other purchasers connected to nearby pipelines.

Combines horizontal and vertical drilling with recompletions, reactivations, workovers, field infrastructure, and saltwater disposal, applying modern techniques to stacked-pay reservoirs. Growth and maintenance of output depend on developing reserves and acquiring additional recoverable properties.

All revenue and properties are concentrated in the Texas Permian Basin. Cash generation depends on production volumes, commodity prices and differentials, operating and development costs, derivatives, and access to gathering, processing, and transportation systems; the revolving credit facility's borrowing base is periodically redetermined from reserves and commodity-price inputs.
