Produces crude oil, natural gas, and NGLs from the Champions and Red Lake fields in the Permian Basin, earning revenue when products reach purchasers. The single-segment upstream business is built around operated, contiguous acreage and company-owned water-disposal infrastructure.
Produces crude oil, natural gas, and natural-gas liquids from the Champions field in Yoakum County, Texas, and the Red Lake field in Eddy County, New Mexico. Develops horizontal wells across conventional, oil-saturated formations, operating most production and marketing it to a small number of purchasers at contract delivery points.
Builds the model around contiguous acreage, high working interests, company-owned water disposal, and selected power infrastructure, while expanding adjacent development inventory through acquisitions. Oil, gas, and NGL prices shape drilling economics, reserve development, cash flow, and borrowing capacity. Substantially all properties remain concentrated in the Permian Basin, with federal leasehold forming part of the New Mexico acreage and gas arrangements carrying dedicated acreage and volume commitments.
