Profile

Enerpac Tool Group Corp.EPACIndustrials

Designs and sells hydraulic and mechanical tools, bolting equipment, heavy-lifting systems, and workholding products, supplemented by industrial services and rentals. A single reportable segment serves global maintenance, manufacturing, energy, infrastructure, and mining customers mainly through distributors.

Designs and distributes high-pressure hydraulic and mechanical tools, controlled-force products, and heavy-load positioning systems through the Industrial Tools & Services segment. Cylinders, pumps, bolting equipment, workholding products, heavy-lifting technology, field services, and rentals support industrial maintenance, refining, manufacturing, power generation, infrastructure, and mining. Cortland Biomedical, a small non-reportable operation, develops biomedical textiles.

Serves customers worldwide primarily through independent distributors, alongside direct sales to equipment makers and selected end users; most revenue comes from outside the United States. Engineering, product quality, availability, and application support are central to winning work where force and motion must be controlled precisely.

Manufacturing is largely light assembly of components sourced from a global supplier network. Results depend on distributor execution, component availability, and demand across cyclical industrial and oil-and-gas markets.
