Profile

Eversource EnergyESUtilities

Delivers regulated electricity and natural gas through distribution utilities and a high-voltage transmission network across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. Earnings come from regulator-approved rates and returns on infrastructure investment; the completed Aquarion sale leaves a focused electric-and-gas portfolio.

Delivers electricity and natural gas across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire through regulated utility subsidiaries. Electric distribution runs through CL&P, NSTAR Electric, and Public Service of New Hampshire; gas service runs through Yankee Gas, NSTAR Gas, and Eversource Gas of Massachusetts. A separate electric transmission business owns and operates the high-voltage network.

Builds and maintains poles, wires, substations, pipelines, and grid technology to improve reliability, withstand severe weather, and accommodate rising demand. Earnings come mainly from approved returns on utility infrastructure and recovery of operating costs through customer rates.

After completing the Aquarion Water sale and previously exiting offshore wind investments, operations center on regulated electric and gas delivery. State regulators set distribution and gas rates, while FERC governs transmission returns.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
