Profile

Hubbell IncorporatedHUBBIndustrials

Sells grid transmission and distribution hardware, smart metering and control systems, plus wiring devices, connectors, and other equipment used inside facilities. Most revenue comes from Utility Solutions, making electric-utility purchasing the central demand dependency, while Electrical Solutions serves construction, industrial, and data-center applications.

Builds the hardware and controls that move, measure, connect, and protect electrical power, organized as Utility Solutions and Electrical Solutions. Utility Solutions—the larger segment—supplies transmission and distribution components, smart meters and communications, and substation protection and control equipment for electric utilities, with additional gas, telecommunications, and metering applications. Electrical Solutions sells wiring devices, rough-in products, connectors, grounding equipment, enclosures, controls, and hazardous-location products for industrial, commercial, institutional, and data-center facilities.

Execution rests on a broad brand portfolio, distributor relationships, short-cycle manufacturing, and acquisitions that extend core product lines; the completed NSI Industries acquisition added fittings, connectors, components, and wire management. Sales are overwhelmingly U.S.-based, and results depend on utility purchasing, construction and industrial demand, commodity and component costs, tariffs, and acquired-business integration.

A 13F quarter can total more than the shares outstanding — sub-advisers file the same block twice, and a filer's own share count can be a quarter stale. No split is drawn from it.
